• All products will be shipped within 8 to 14 business days.  We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 5,000. Small Order fee for shipping is INR 150  In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame, we request you to raise a request to customercare@aprici.in   Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard and express deliveries.

  3. Delivery Method
  To ensure safe and timely delivery of our products, we use reputed and reliable courier services such as DTDC/DELHIVERY/DHL etc with our Shipping Partner Swift.Tracking details shall be mailed, as well as a whatsapp update is sent as soon as your product is shipped. Deliveries will take place only from Monday to Friday. Orders will not be dispatched or delivered on National Holidays.
  
  4.Shipping Errors
  In the unlikely event that we process your order incorrectly or send you a defective product, we will gladly replace it for you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  
  5. Packaging
  Pieces are packed in cotton bags and shipped in a paper based water proof shipping envelope.
  
  6. Customized Orders
  Delivery time on customized orders may vary, kindly email us on customercare@aprici.in or call us on +91 93566 25152 (Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm IST) for the precise delivery time for such orders.

We gladly accept returns of unused, undamaged items with tags within 15 days of delivery for store credit. We do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Return Process:
You can initiate a return by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason. Size exchanges are available only for the same product.

Return Methods:
Home Collection: You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing to customercare@aprici.in or calling/WhatsApping our customer care at +91 9356625152 from Monday to Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. (IST). We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours. The amount deducted from your final refund amount will be Rs 150 for all orders.

For damaged or incorrect products, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, including images of the issue.
